Richard has been a Real Estate Broker since 1973. He received his BS Degree in Business Administration in 1977 at Central CT State University and has been teaching Real Estate classes since 1986.

Richard has managed several Real Estate Offices since 1976, such as City Realty Inc., Merrill Lynch Realty, Richard Gumpert Properties, Prudential CT Realty, William Raveis Real Estate, Beazley Company and Remax Valley Properties.

| He has served on several committees for The Greater Waterbury Board, Mid-State Board and Litchfield Board of REALTORS®. He also served on the Advisory Board for the City of Waterbury Partners in Education from 1991 – 1994. In 2002 and 2003 he was nominated for The Connecticut Association of REALTORS® ‘Educator of the Year’. |

| Debra graduated from Western Connecticut State University, Danbury, CT with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She has 25 years of financial and business related experience. She ran her own accounting business for 10 years before becoming a residential mortgage broker in 1994. She originated and managed over 3,500 closed loans. |
| Since 1998, Debra has owned and managed Danbury Mortgage, and Greater Fairfield Mortgage, divisions of Charter Oak Lending Group, LLC, with her husband and partner Don DeRespinis, CPA. They hold mortgage broker licenses in Connecticut, New York and Florida, and lender licenses in Connecticut and Florida. Danbury Mortgage has direct Freddie Mac agency approval as well as correspondent lender approval to underwrite and fund mortgages. |
| In addition to her origination experience, Debra is known as a leader for training mortgage professionals. As District Loan Origination Manager for World Mortgage, she trained in wholesale and retail origination and sales management. |
| Debra develops and offers numerous courses and seminars related to mortgage financing for Realtors, mortgage and sales professionals, attorneys and paralegals. |
| She is an affiliate member of NFCAR, the Greater Fairfield Board of Realtors and CAR. She is a national and local member of and past treasurer for Women’s Council of Realtors in Northern Fairfield County. She has taught C.E. courses for NFCAR, the Ridgefield Board of Realtors and several state boards through Dynamic Directions where she is an approved C.E. instructor. She has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association. She is a member of the CT Society of Mortgage Brokers (CSMB), the CT Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA), CT Association of Mortgage Brokers (CTAMB) and National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB). |
Michael Sexton
| Mike has been in real estate sales, management, land development, investment, and real estate education for more than 25 years. He currently teaches skills training for a Connecticut ‘Top 10’ company and has for 20 years. He teaches Continuing Education (CE) for several Realtor® association schools along with the 60-hour ‘Principles & Practices’ course. He also teaches three modules of GRI. |
| Mike is a very active volunteer for the Connecticut Association of Realtors® (CAR) and plans to continue with that commitment. |
