Click Here To Enter CMLS Website     RE/Xplorer& New Users:   RE/Xplorer (or REX for short) is a web-based tool for accessing the MLS. Since it works through your web browsers (Internet Explorer 6 or higher) you do not need to purchase any software. This means you can access your listings and much more information from anywhere you have access to the World Wide Web. We'll review searching, printing and emailing listings, as well as listing entry and change.      RE/Xplorer Advanced: You must first take the basic class to be allowed to use REXplorer. This class is for users experienced in REXplorer 2.5 and Windows 9.x, 2000, NT, or XP. You will get hands-on experience in saving searches, customizing reports, using the Contacts features, and the report bin.  The most powerful features in REXplorer are demonstrated.       Paragon:   Much like Re/Xplorer, Paragon is a web-based tool that accesses the MLS and requires no additional software to purchase or install.  While it shares many of the features Re/Xplorer users are accustomed to, the Market Monitor and Paragon WiFi are two of the new features we'll cover that take the MLS experience to a new level.  In addition, Searching, Printing and Emailing will also be reviewed.      Paragon CMA:  The Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) module in Paragon allows you to easily create multiple CMA presentations that can be printed or emailed to a customer.  These presentations can include many different features such as Agent Resume, Comparable Property Statistics, and Comparable Price Analysis.  The CMA module enables you to create and print out professional, full color, customizable CMA reports to present to your customers.
