NFCAR is committed to supporting REALTORS® in their professional growth, which is why we run the Northern Fairfield County Real Estate School. Our school provides thorough education for real estate professionals at every stage of their careers. Understanding that Realtors® are active and often on the move, we offer both live and online classes for Licensing and Continuing Education.
Onsite Education
At our 15 Stony Hill location, we offer pre-licensing courses, continuing education for license renewal, and broker upgrade programs. Our comprehensive course catalog covers both commercial and residential topics.
Our pre-licensing “Principles and Practices” course offers open enrollment, so students can start any Monday or Wednesday. After 60 hours of classroom instruction, students may take the Final Exam.
Online Education
NFCAR collaborates with leading online education providers, such as The CE Shop and The Lancaster Institute, offering convenient courses to help Connecticut REALTORS fulfill their education requirements.
What is RPR® Residential
Successful agents consistently seek new strategies that will grow and brand their businesses, maximize their time, and help them gain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
Fortunately, all of those objectives, and more, can be met by tapping into Realtors Property Resource®, the most powerful data platform available to members of the National Association of REALTORS®.
RPR knows everyone learns differently. Some prefer a quick video; others want a printable guide they can follow step by step. Either way, you’re covered.
The RPR Learning Center makes it easy to choose the format and topic that fits what you need—so you can brush up on RPR features and capabilities at your own pace.
