To obtain a Real Estate Salesperson license in Connecticut, you must be at least 18 years old and complete the state’s required 60-hour Real Estate Principles and Practices course. Click here for more information

NFCAR offers the Principles and Practices of Real Estate course to satisfy the educational requirement for obtaining a Connecticut real estate license.
