To Our Members:
It is an honor to serve as the 2023 President of the Northern Fairfield County Association of REALTORS. We have a strong leadership team that takes pride in helping our members achieve their goals. We will continue to offer free and low-cost education and will hold ourselves and fellow REALTORS to our high principles and standards of our Code of Ethics, always reaching for a high degree of professionalism.
My goal is to strategically and with diversity, add more value for your businesses through programs and events that not only bring realtors together but bring the public to intermingle with us. We will also continue to focus on supporting our local charities with monetary benefits coming from our events.
We will provide meaning…We will have fun…We have a great year ahead of us!
To Our Consumers:
On behalf of the Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors, we are pleased to have you visit our website full of resources and information to guide you to what living in Northern Fairfield County has to offer. You may find a REALTOR to represent you by clicking here.
Not every real estate agent is a REALTOR. It does make a difference. REALTORS are professional members of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the largest trade association in the country. We are held to higher ethical standards than licensed agents who are not members of NAR. REALTORS must abide by NAR’s strict Code of Ethics.
The Code of Ethics document states the “Duties of Clients and Customers, Duties to the Public and Duties to REALTORS. We are subject to disciplinary action and sanctions if a violation of these duties occurs.
The term REALTOR® has come to connote competency, fairness, and high integrity resulting from adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations. The Code of Ethics ensures that you are working with a professional whose fiduciary responsibility is to you. Ask for a REALTOR…You will be pleased!
Warm regards,
Lynne Boehm
